I am a Mentor, Associate Director, People Manager, and Delivery Program Executive (DPE) with extensive experience working across diverse corporate environments. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals and teams who aspire to grow, lead, and reach higher in their professional journeys. I deeply believe that everyone has their own unique path and potential, and that conscious leadership is about helping others discover and develop both.

As a woman who has navigated complex personal and professional challenges, I bring not only expertise, but also empathy and perspective. My experiences have shaped me into a leader who understands that people are human — not unshakable rocks. I have faced crossroads and setbacks more than once, and each time I learned, adjusted my crown, and continued forward on a path aligned with my values and authenticity.

In my roles as a People Manager and DPE, I have worked extensively on designing and implementing department growth strategies, improving the effectiveness of individual parts of organizations, and aligning them with broader business goals. I have led teams through significant transformation and growth, scaling organizations from small, few-person teams to structures of over one hundred people. A key part of my work has been building and shaping strategies for international collaboration, leading teams distributed across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones — always with a strong focus on trust, communication, and sustainable performance.

With a background as a manager, linguist, translator, and educator — combined with a passion for sports — I bring a holistic and pragmatic approach to leadership and mentoring, particularly within IT and delivery environments. I support people in solving complex challenges by looking at situations from multiple perspectives, breaking problems down into fundamental elements, and exploring several possible paths forward. Based on my experience, I help identify what can realistically be implemented and how to do it effectively.

Beyond strategy and execution, my life experiences have taught me the importance of aligning leadership with one’s true self, being mindful of emotions and the body, and respecting personal boundaries. I am committed to living and leading on my own terms — valuing self-care, meaningful relationships, long walks in the woods, and the simple pleasure of a good cup of coffee.
